INFORMATION FOR ALL GLASER APARTMENT PROPERTIES:

  All the apartments are carpeted, with window blinds and patio blinds furnished. Decor is very neutral with wood trim. We furnish stove and refrigerator in each apartment, and microwaves are available upon request. There is a laundry on each property. All apartments have energy efficient electric heat. We do allow pets (for an extra fee) but they must first be approved by the owners. Rent is due on the first day of each month in advance, with a $20 late charge after the 3rd day late.

  We require a credit application to be filled out for every tenant. There is a non-refundable fee of $7.50 to cover the cost of the credit check. When the application is filled out and returned, we require a holding fee, plus a non-refundable application fee of $7.50. For a 2-bedroom apartment there is a $200 holding fee and for a 1 bedroom, the holding fee is $100.

  Once the application is processed, one of three things happens to the holding fee;
* If the credit is good and the application is approved,
    the holding fee is applied to the deposit.
* If the credit is not good and the application is denied,
    the holding fee is returned.
* If the credit is good, and the application approved but
    you change your mind, we will keep the holding fee.
